	Vigorous cleaning of mattress covers, especially around the seams, can lead to a loss of impermeability, allowing fluids to seep in, stain and contaminate the mattress foam at these critical points. So, the less seams you have on a mattress cover, the less risk there is.

	We have designed out unwanted seams by using one panel of vapour permeable fabric to form the top surface and side panels of our mattress cover. This innovation makes it even harder for unwanted fluids to find a place to seep through stitching and damage the mattress core inside.

	The underside panel of our mattress covers is made of a special non-slip fabric, which helps a mattress rest more securely on a bed base.

Our standard choices of mattress cover sizes should cover most major hospital mattress brands, but we can make any size you require. Telephone us for a price. Other favourite widths are 42", 48" and 54".

Buyers PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your mattress cover sizes before ordering. We will not accept returns if you make a mistake measuring up for our covers, which are all made-to-order. If you are in any doubt at all about which size to order, please contact us by email or phone. Either tell us the mattress brand you wish to re-cover, or you can post us an old mattress cover which we will inspect and measure before you place a definite order.
