Returning
Goods If customers wish to
return faulty or unwanted goods delivered by the Royal Mail, they must
return the goods by Royal Mail and pay the full cost of insured and
signed-for delivery to us. For heavy goods delivered by courier please
contact us so that we can arrange pick up. We advise customers to keep the original boxes or packing materials for a while, in case goods need to be returned. Faulty Goods After we receive goods, which a customer has described as faulty, we reserve the right to examine the item(s) in question before deciding whether to repair, replace, or immediately return the purchase in the condition it was sent to us. We also reserve the right to issue a full or partial refund for goods and postage. Unwanted
Goods If goods are
returned because they are unsuitable or simply not wanted, the full
postage costs must be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to
inspect the quality of returned goods and whether to give a full or part
refund for the goods thereafter. |
